Doc joined Arcot in 2000 as vice president, product management. Prior to Arcot, he was with Majesco Software where he was vice president of global outsourcing. Doc also held management and development positions at TDICI and Tata Unisys. 

He is a frequent speaker at security conferences and events. Based on his broad experience with customers and technologies, Doc is frequently quoted as industry expert on authentication. 

Doc serves on the Board of CRY America. 

He holds a bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
