
Margaretha Eriksson
Margaretha is a researcher at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences at Stockholm University, located in Kista, one of the world's leading ICT clusters, where she has been involved in a three year project on Controlled Information Security (COINS) sponsored by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency to define information security metrics for government agencies.
Her work involves finding methods to measure and compare the actual information security level within an organisation, as well as making comparisons between organizations.
Aside of research, she is senior consultant on practical information security: configuration management, change management and content management, at Irbis Konsult AB in Stockholm, Sweden. She works with global companies in telecom, defense, transportation and food processing. She has published several case studies on practical information security at IEEE conferences and lectures regularly on information security.
